Here is our little "bean" at 20 weeks. He is getting fairly active and instead of feeling the little "butterflies" that a pregnant woman is supposed to feel at this stage I get persistent little thumps telling me when Bean is awake and moving now.

Here is the first evidence of Bean we saw during our Friday ultra sound, his little foot (probably kicking Mom in the bladder).

The ultra sound went very well, and the tech said Bean is a boy! He is healthy, and all his organs are functioning as they should. He has fingers, toes, and a healthy amount of energy. What more can parents ask for? :-)

The ultra sound was amazing, but the photos came out pretty grainy. Even so, you can pretty much get a good idea of what it was like from these shots.

Amazing! Thanks for posting the pictures. Perhaps BigFoot would be an appropriate name.

Did I say I think it's going to be a boy? Ahahaha. No really I can't remember what I said but I think that I did. What are the chances like 1 in 2? Ha. Ha, again. Those are awesome. They make me want to paint really fucking weird fetus pictures, ha! I'm only joking in theory. As in, I might be joking and actually do it. Love you, stay warm and no drinky just yet. OK, go ahead and have a tiny bit of wine. Hopefully I'll get a chance to see you soon.
